Legal Return & Refund Policy

At Saferaahi, we strive to provide the best security solutions for your vehicle. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns & Replacements

  • 7-Day Replacement Policy: You have 7 calendar days to request a replacement for an item from the date you received it.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return/replacement:
    • The device must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • It must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and wires included.
    • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or non-functioning unit, we will replace it free of charge after troubleshooting with our technical team.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card/UPI/Bank Transfer).
  • You will receive the credit within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank's policies.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to improper installation (wire cutting outside of instructions).
  • Physical damage caused by water (unless IP67 rated) or accidents.
  • Subscription plans/Software renewals once activated.

4. Warranty

  • Saferaahi devices come with a 2-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or burnout due to high voltage.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund.
  • If the order has already been shipped, you must accept the delivery and initiate a return process.
